Subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly basis. The billing cycle starts on the date of purchase and renews on the same day each month.All subscription payments are non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree to our terms and understand that cancellations will not result in a refund for any unused portion of the billing period. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless stated otherwise. Missed classes are not refunded or carried over unless otherwise agreed upon. We reserve the right to modify our terms and pricing with 10 days’ notice. Continued use of the subscription constitutes acceptance of any changes.

By purchasing a class or class package at Brooklyn Hipsters Dance Studio, you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final
   Class purchases and class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. No credits, refunds, or exchanges will be issued once payment is completed.

2. Expiration

   • Single class purchases must be used within 30 days of the purchase date.

   • Class packages must be used by the expiration date listed at the time of purchase.
     Unused classes do not roll over and cannot be extended.

3. No-Shows & Late Cancellations
   If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
   Failure to cancel will result in the class being marked as used.

4. Studio Locations
   Some classes take place at different studio locations.
   It is the customer’s responsibility to check and confirm the class location at the time of booking.

5. Class Schedule & Substitutions
   Class schedules, instructors, and styles are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to provide a qualified substitute instructor if needed.

6. Arrival & Late Entry
   Please arrive on time. For safety reasons, students arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted to join the class and will forfeit their session.

7. Health & Liability
   By participating in classes, you acknowledge that dance involves physical activity and assume full responsibility for your health and safety.
   Brooklyn Hipsters Dance Studio is not liable for injury sustained during participation.

8. Behavior & Respect
   We maintain a positive and respectful environment. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from class without refund.
